The room offered a good shower and spacious environment, though the decor felt dark and somewhat bland. Although the mattress lacked comfort, the quality linens compensated for it, making for an overall clean stay. Accessibility was commendable with a well-equipped room, and the helpful staff ensured a pleasant experience, particularly during checkout. A delicious breakfast option downstairs added to the satisfaction, despite the minor issue with the bathroom door handle needing attention.

this place is a great value for money n located right in the center of birmingham, loved the comfy beds n quality linen. staff are super friendly and professional, made us feel welcome. we had no issues leaving our bags before check in n after check out, which was really helpful. drinks n food at the pub next door were legit too, everything was affordable and good quality.
the only thing that bothered us was a bit of noise at night, kinda hard to sleep with that going on. also, woulda been nice to have more storage space in the room.

Had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying the spacious room and the big bath that made our mornings a breeze. We really appreciated the personal touch with all the replenished goodies like hot chocolate and fluffy towels every day. Just a minor note, the heating was a bit tricky to adjust, but it didn't spoil our fun! 👍

Convenient Stay with Some Noise
My partner and I enjoyed a comfortable night in the heart of Birmingham. Easy check-in, friendly staff, and the location were fantastic. background noise from the pub below made sleeping challenging early on. A tip , request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

Loved my stay! The room was super clean with all the extras, like a fan and bottled water, which was a nice surprise. The bar downstairs was lively but it got a bit noisy at night. The staff were friendly and really efficient. The pub food was surprisingly tasty. Totally recommend this place for an easy city stay!
